How to ask for a refund, and what happens to your order and key when one is made.
Last updated October 27, 2026.
Asking for a refund
Open a ticket on our Discord with your order number and tell us what went wrong. Your order number is at the top of your order page, and you can find your order by it.
When a refund is possible
You need to ask within 7 days of your purchase. After that, we can't refund it.
We refund an order when:
- Your key never arrived.
- Your key never worked.
We don't refund an order when:
- The key has been used.
- The key or your account was banned, by a game or by us.
- You changed your mind after using it.
- It's a lifetime plan for a product we've discontinued (see the terms).
Paid, but no key
If your payment went through and no key came with your order, we owe you one. Your order page says so, and a ticket on our Discord gets you your key.
If you'd rather not wait, you can ask for a refund instead.
What a refund does to your key
A refunded or charged-back order's key stops working, and its order page shows that the order was refunded.
Sub & Save
Sub & Save renews automatically at the same price, and you can cancel any time.
To cancel, open the Subscriptions tab in your account. We can cancel a subscription too. Either way, it stops at the end of the period you've paid for.
A renewal that's already been charged isn't refunded.
Chargebacks
If something's wrong with an order, ask us first. Opening a chargeback or a dispute with your bank, card issuer or PayPal revokes your key and closes your account.
We may contest a chargeback with the records of your order. Charging back a purchase you made and received is fraud, and we treat it as fraud.
