Terms of service

Ascend sells license keys for its software through this site. In these terms, “we” and “us” means Ascend, and “you” means the person buying or using a key.

Ascend is run by its owner. You can reach us at minedroid30@gmail.com.

You need to be 13 or older to buy or use Ascend. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.

A license key that lets you use one Ascend product for the plan you pick. A one-time plan covers a set length, from a day up to lifetime depending on the product, and you pay once. Some products also offer Sub & Save, which renews automatically at the same price until you cancel.

Your key is delivered automatically once your payment goes through, and it's waiting on your order page.

A lifetime plan lasts as long as the product does. If we discontinue a product, its lifetime plans end with it, and there's no refund or credit.

Checkout runs on SellAuth, which takes your payment and delivers your key to your order. Prices are in US dollars. You can pay by card (Visa or Mastercard), PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Tether.

Card payments aren't available in Turkey.

Each key is tied to your PC's hardware ID (HWID). If you change hardware or move to a new PC, ask for a reset on our Discord.

Your key is yours alone. You can't share it, resell it or transfer it to anyone else. If you do, we revoke the key and ban your account.

You're responsible for how you use Ascend and for following the rules of the games and platforms you use it with. Game developers can ban accounts, and nobody can honestly promise a ban won't happen. After a game patch, wait until the product's status says Working before you play.

You also agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, crack or copy the software.
• Attack, overload or try to break into this site or our servers.
• Use Ascend in tournaments or other organized competitions.
• Open a chargeback to get your money back while keeping what you bought.

If you do any of these, we can revoke your key and close your account.

A game patch can stop a tool working until we update it. While that happens, the product's page and the status page say it's updating.

Days you lose while a product is Updating or On hold are added back to your key. If you think we've missed some, open a ticket on our Discord.

Our refund policy explains when a purchase can be refunded. You need to ask within 7 days of your purchase. If an order is refunded or charged back, its key stops working.

Ascend is provided as is and as available. We don't promise it will work without interruption, be free of errors, or keep any game account from being banned.

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with Ascend is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

If we can't sort out a problem through a ticket on our Discord, the dispute is settled by binding arbitration instead of in court.

You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms. Email minedroid30@gmail.com from the email on your account and say you're opting out.

When we change these terms, we announce it on our Discord and with a banner on this site. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted here.
